One billing flow for three service types
A table order, a walk-in takeaway and a delivery order need different details, but they should not require separate billing tools. Restozio keeps these service types in one workspace so the counter can follow a familiar flow throughout the day.
For dine-in, open the table and build its order. For takeaway or delivery, start the appropriate order type. Organize your menu into categories and use dish photos and veg or non-veg labels to help the team recognize items.
GST, discounts and charges in the bill
Configure whether menu prices include GST or have GST added on top, and set the tax rate for each menu item. At settlement, review the calculated totals and any discount before completing the bill.
Restaurant settings also cover service charges and default delivery fees. These options let the printed bill reflect your configured charges. Confirm your tax and charging settings with the person responsible for your accounts before using them in live service.
Record payment and print your receipt
Select cash, card or UPI to record how the bill was paid. Restozio records the payment mode; it does not act as your card processor or move money between bank accounts.
Choose an installed Windows printer and configure paper width, copy count and supported cutting options. The customer bill editor lets you add your restaurant logo, business details, invoice prefix and footer. A configured UPI QR can appear on receipts while collection remains with your payment provider.

Common questions
What computer does the main app use?
The main Restozio billing and administration app runs on Windows. The Android waiter companion connects to that PC over the restaurant’s Wi-Fi.
Can I review previous bills?
Yes. Reports include bill history and bill details, with corrections available to authorized administrators.
